Dance 10Dance 10 is designed to build the skills and attitudes necessary for a healthy and active lifestyle through a combination of fitness, dance and performance. Students will increase their fitness and strength while learning training techniques and principles that will help them remain active throughout their lifetime. In addition, students will develop skills in a variety of dance styles that will culminate in full dance pieces to be performed for an audience at the semester-end show. Students will also learn strategies to manage mental health and build healthy relationships.
